DAY ONE – DUBROVNIK – ARRIVAL
Arrival at Dubrovnik airport. After the short airport transfer to your hotel, take the rest of the day to familiarize yourself with your surroundings. Make your way to Dubrovnik’s main street, Stradun, to get your bearings and find yourself one of the many great restaurants or wine bars to kick off your Dalamatia’s hidden gems tour. Overnight.
DAY TWO – DUBROVNIK – PRIVATE GUIDED CITY WALKING TOUR – CAVTAT – SRĐ (B)
Breakfast in the hotel. Start your second day with a private guided Dubrovnik walking city tour: Dubrovnik’s nickname is the “Pearl of the Adriatic” and is listed as a UNESCO world heritage site since 1979. Today Dubrovnik is the proudest feather in Croatia’s tourist cap, an elite destination and one of the most beautiful towns of the Mediterranean. The old city is encompassed by medieval walls, which have been preserved in their original form and opened for visitors as Dubrovnik’s major attraction. The whole city is a live monument and rich treasury of history. Starting from Pile square on the eastern side of Dubrovnik Old Town, embark on a walking tour through a maze of narrow streets, lively piazzas, and stunning palaces like Sponza and churches like St. Blaise. Enjoy the moderate tempo of your walk as you stroll down the main thoroughfare of Stradun, all the way to the Cathedral and the Rector’s Palace, where you will discover a fine synergy between governance and faith which kept Dubrovnik afloat as the independent Republic of Ragusa for 450 years. After the walking tour of Dubrovnik continue to Cavtat, the charming town where we will take you to stroll along its promenade, visit the white-stone Račić family mausoleum sculpted by none other than Ivan Meštović, Croatia’s most famous sculpture. From here, you will continue on to Donave to visit the impressive Sokol Tower, a fortress partially built into a cliffside. On our way back to Dubrovnik we will take you to visit to Srđ mountain, which you can choose to visit by car or with the famous cable car. From the top of the Srđ mountain, you can see all the beauty of Dubrovnik from above. Return to hotel in the evening. Overnight.

DAY THREE – DUBROVNIK – WINE TASTING – OYSTER LUNCH AT MALI STON – ŠIBENIK (B,L)
Breakfast in the hotel. Today you will leave Dubrovnik behind and turn your attention west, first to the Pelješac Peninsula, known for its natural beauty and robust red wine. Along the way, stop in Ston to explore one of the longest defensive stone walls in Europe and discover this area’s importance in the 14th century. This historic town is surrounded by a 5km long fortified wall, the second longest in the world after the Great Wall of China, which was originally erected to protect the town. Now, over 20 towers still remain, the wall represents an impressive flashback to the past. Ston area is also home to an oyster farm. Thanks to the unique ecological balance of the area, the farm grows a variety of oysters that have died out elsewhere making these a truly special delicacy. After the visit to Ston in the nearby village you will visit Miloš Winery for wine tasting and after the wine tasting, we are taking you to one of the most famous restaurants in Croatia at all – Bota Šare at Mali Ston. There you can taste all the best flavours from the area – oysters, clams, fish, wine and so on. After a day spent on Pelješac we are taking you to your next location – Šibenik.

DAY FOUR – ŠIBENIK PRIVATE GUIDED CITY WALKING TOUR WITH A VISIT TO TWO FORTRESSES (B)
Breakfast in the hotel. First fortress that you will visit on this tour will be the St. Michael’s Fortress, the oldest fortress in Šibenik. Built to defend the bay, it’s considered one of the starting points of the town’s marine development. We’ll take pictures of the castle and admire its impressive walls, which are full of architectural elements bearing different styles. Next, we’ll head to the Barone fortress, just a few meters from St John’s fortress. We’ll walk through the inside of the fortress and discuss some of the fascinating events that took place here, such as the many battles against the Ottoman Empire. After the visit to the fortresses we will end the tour with a guided tour of the Šibenik city. Visit the historic city center, stroll down cobblestone streets, and see some of the city’s most iconic attractions. Free time after the tour. Overnight.
DAY FIVE – FULL DAY SPLIT EXCURSION + OLIVE OIL MUSEUM AND LUNCH AT KLIS (B,L)
Breakfast in the hotel. Start your day with the private tour of Split. Split is the second largest city in Croatia and capital of Dalmatia, world known for its 1700 years old Diocletian’s palace, the best-preserved monument of late antiquity in the Diocletian Palace and the entire historical core of Split have been on the World Heritage UNESCO list ever since 1979, and not only for the extraordinary preservation of the Palace, but also because the Palace and its city (or the city and its Palace, if you like) continue to live a full life. All historical layers from the old Rome, the middle ages till today are still visible and alive in this structure. After the Split walking tour we are taking you on the to olive oil tasting and a lunch at the olive oil museum at Klis, a historic village which is settled on a hill above Split.
Enjoy a guided tour of Stella Croatica ethno-agro park before sitting down to learn all about extra virgin olive oil. Start by visiting production area, where local ladies hand-produce traditional delicacies. Witness the process of extracting essential oils out of typical Mediterranean plants. Take a stroll through the botanical collection before entering the marvelous Olive museum. Follow your host to the tasting room, where you will be introduced to extra virgin olive oils and learn how to recognize the premium ones by tasting 2 different olive oils. After the tasting, the tasty traditionally prepared lunch in the Olive Museum garden. Return to Šibenik in the evening. Overnight.
DAY SIX – ŠIBENIK – NATIONAL PARK KORNATI AND TELAŠĆICA NATURE PARK FULL-DAY EXCURSION WITH LUNCH (B,L)
Breakfast in the hotel. This day is reserved to discover the beautiful island nature in the Šibenik area. Discover the stunning Kornati National Park and Telašćica nature park by boat. Set sail from the port in Vodice, crossing the Adriatic Sea to enter the national park. Cruise beneath impressive cliffs and admire the views as you enjoy lunch on board. Continue past the church of Our Lady of Tarac, and see the 16th-century Tureta fortress. Arrive at Telašćica and stop to appreciate this beautiful spot. Bathe in the salt waters of Lake Mir swim in the clear blue sea. Visit a cliff-top lookout, relax in thick pine woods, or shop for souvenirs. Cruise back towards Vodice, passing Roman ruins and the Upper Kornati group of islands. See the fishing settlement of Tribunj before arriving back at the port in the early evening. Free time in the evening. Overnight.
DAY SEVEN – ŠIBENIK – ZADAR – FULL – DAY EXCURSION (B, D)
Breakfast in the hotel. Today you are going to Zadar, the town famous for its amazing sunsets. Zadar represents one of the most interesting and oldest urban localities in the Mediterranean, constantly inhabited from 1000 BC. In the 1st century it became a Roman colony and acquired the characteristics of a city. You will visit remains of a Roman Forum, the biggest one built in Croatia and the center of social life at the time. Zadar was the capital of the Dalmatia region from the fall of the Western Roman Empire until the end of the First World War. Hear the story of its defensive walls that the Venetian Republic built in the 16th century for protection against the Ottomans and see the picturesque port of Fosa with its beautiful Land Gate. You will walk the famous Kalelarga, the main and most famous street in the city. Stand in front of the church of St. Donat, the symbol of Zadar, and see Zadar Cathedral dedicated to St. Anastasia. Zadar is famous for its Sea Organ and Greeting to the Sun art installations situated at the Riva promenade. You will listen to the unique music of the sea played by the Sea Organ while learning the most interesting facts about these modern installations. As a part of this tour, we are taking you on cheese tasting. After the tour of Zadar on your way back we will take you for a farewell dinner in the Šibenik area.
Farewell dinner in the evening will happen in Konjovrate – in the Croatia wide famous Konoba Vinko. The restaurant is located in an old family stone house that was an inn a hundred years ago, and the family decided to revive the business in 2004. Grilled suckling pig, grilled bear, lamb liver and tripe, pork leg stew are just some of the specialties that Vinko has gained many fans who are ready to go a few hundred kilometers for lunch, and Skradin risotto of the highest quality veal is certainly one of the dishes which provided this tavern with star status. One of the most famous Croatian dishes in Vinko’s performance is perfect, powerful and filling. The secret lies in the top ingredients and careful preparation. After the dinner return to hotel.

Breakfast in the hotel. Check out from the hotel and leave Šibenik hotel to Split airport for your departure from Croatia.
